
About The Program (Please, read if you're registering)
The main goal of the Pre-Holiday Workout program is to help you develop healthy habits in the last weeks of the year. My only hope is that you will continue with these habits on your own! However, there will be support groups and more programs to join if you aren't able to do it on your own - after all, being a part of a group is what helps you stick with new habits best, and I strongly suggest that. Besides, guidance is often necessarily whether you start or level up - and that's where I'll be there to provide support and clarity when needed!
What you need to know about the Pre-Holiday Workout Program:

The program starts on November 24, 2025 and ends on December 22, 2025, which is 4 full weeks.

It's a "Pay What You Can" project - I cannot make it entirely free as people are more likely to stick with a program that they paid for. The payments start with AED 150, cos I really want it to be AS accessible to those who can't afford help AS possible. But, if payment is not an issue for you, pay as much as it is worth to you 😌 (you will get AED 300, AED 500, and "pay what you want" options). Payment links will be shared once I obtain your registration confirmation. You only pay once - the price is for all 4 weeks of the program.

The program requires you to complete a daily 15 minutes workout managing the intensity on your own. You are also highly encouraged to visit one or both of the weekend outdoor group workouts where you get to meet other group members and me and ask any program-related questions that need face-to-face interaction.

You will be provided with a workout plan and basic explanations about the form and safety. You can complete two or three of the suggested 15-minute workouts if you have time and your fitness level allows you.

You will be added to a Whatsapp group with other participants, so there will be live support available daily if needed!

The workouts will be adjustable based on your fitness level by incorporating dumbbells or resistance bands, however, it is suggested that you start with bodyweight if you lack a workout experience for your safety.

It's also a chance to meet your future workout buddies - so, participate in group discussions and activities!
